Als Grundlagen- und/oder Ergänzungstraining sicher gut, aber was ist bitte neu daran? Ich denke, nur der Name, es lässt sich besser vermarkten.
Bitte keine heftigen(!) Stösse und Ver(!!)drehungen!
Und wenn schon, dann mehr auf actio-Qualitäten achten.
Aussergewöhnliche Maximalkraft mag ja für Normal-Sterbliche zutreffen, aber wir reden hier doch wohl über den(Hoch-)Leistungsbereich, und da kann ich Dir zumindest für den Bereich Wurf garantieren, dass man mit Fremdbelastung noch eine gewaltige Schippe drauftut.
