Vllt. ist es auch gar nicht korrekt, von der Philosophie Harts zu sprechen. Vielleicht ist er auch besonders gut darin, dass jeweilig passende Training für den Athleten zu finden. Er schrieb ja mal, dass das Geheimnis nicht im Trainingsplan liegt, sondern darin, zu wissen, wann man etwas hinzufügen oder weglassen müsse, kurzum - wie man das Training auf den Athleten abstimme.
