Leider muss man die gesamten Sachen oft lesen und teilweise auch bezahlen (oder man muss Wege finden, an diese Infos zu kommen. ). Natürlich gibt es diese Abgrenzungen, wofür Übungen nutzbringend sind. Es werden teilweise neue Gerätekonstruktionen empfohlen, die ich dann sehr kritisch beurteile und auch oft ein Haar in der Suppe finde, wenn es um die LA geht. Ich kann euch versichern, dass ich so manche Lerneinheiten von zehn Stunden und mehr verbringe. Entscheidend ist, dass man Ordnung und System in seine Denkstruktur hinsichtlich leichtathletischer Übungen bringt.
Entscheidend ist natürlich insgesamt die konzertierte Aktion der Strukturen und die Schwachpunkte zu finden. Es gibt in dieser Weise eine Aktionsfolge, die nicht durcheinander geraten darf. Wenn es aber doch passiert, kommt es zu erheblichen Störungen und Dysbalancen. Es gibt im Bereich Becken und angrenzende Bereiche Wirkungen, die von ipsilateral nach kontralateral wechseln müssen. Diese Folge gerät schon durcheinander, wenn die Kraftübungen falsch angeordnet sind.
