Wenn jetzt die Vorbeschleunigung mit -wie offenbar genau gemessener- hoher Bodenreaktivität(bei den Topsprintern) einhergeht, sollten wir eigentlich auf der Erfolgsschiene sein, wenn dann der Druck auch aus dem US und dem Fuss kommt, und natürlich die oberen Antriebe Oberkörper + Arme auch voll dabei sind.
Dazu habe ich einige Fragen:
1. Gibt es entsprechend elaborierte BodenDruck-Drills aufm Platz oder inhäusig?
2. Gibt es Erkenntnisse, ob falsches oder übertriebenes Training dieser Weise in Deutschland zu den einschlägigen Verletzungen geführt hat?
3. Oder wäre alles gut, wenn nicht nur die Ischios, sondern das ganze Konzert in Harmonie(keine Dysbalancen) trainiert werden würde?
4. Ist 3. überhaupt möglich, oder stossen wir zum Beispiel im Bereich Knie, US und Fuss/AS an Grenzen?
Mir ist klar, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt kaum Jemand völlig befriedigende Antworten auf 2.-4. geben kann.
