It was at the 'Throw Across the Odra' meet, where the athletes throw across the river from a platform on water. I don't think the record will be eligible for ratification, although it's obviously a great result.

Update: the Polish federation site says the setup was a bit different this year. They were still throwing across the Odra, but the circle was fixed on one bank. There was also a surveyor on site to verify the level on point of landing.
